Way to high on Newton. Brady led all QB's with 22 or more fantasy points 11 times. Newton did it 9 times. Id much rather Brady in the 3/4th than Newton in the 1st.

Predict the next 5 to be drafted.

Any Qb picked in the first round is a bad move , and I don't care that it's a 6 point td scoring system .

tough to predict the next 5.

its a PPR league where you only have to start 1 RB and can start 4 WRs and somehow 5 RBs were drafted in the 1st round.... The QB scoring also is more beneficial to better passing QBs, yet Cam was the first QB drafted.... plus he went 3rd overall when there are so many very good fantasy QBs that you can wait.

Bob will take Dem Thomas or Brandon Marshall

Oakly will take Thomas Rawls

Aaron W will take the other WR between Thomas and Marshall

Robert will take Amari Cooper

Kirk will take Jordy Nelson (even though he should take Brandin Cooks)

Brandon will take Tom Brady

:dunno:

Cam early will be one of the great scams of 2016. This year taught me to devalue qb. I tried chasing after a sure thing in Luck and got burned. While I still think that logic is sound, and I may just reapply it and take Rodgers in rnd1, I'm wary. I watched Undrafted or late guys like cam and Palmer lead guys to title games. For me it's Rodgers, Wilson or just get guys off FA.

Langford

Interesting. His ADP is around 3.6. My fear...and this happens often: Veteran leaves, everyone gets high on the next in line (Langford), then by seasons start, that team has replaced their veteran (Forte) with another veteran (Murray, etc.), leaving the next in line with much lesser value.

Too much of a risk for me at this point.

He was the 19th WR taken and his current ADP on MFL is 29.07. :dunno:

This is what's going to happen if/when people skip the RB and other positions.

Right now I've ranked him at number 32 on my wr list .

I guess I'm missing something then. Hilton's surpassed 1,000 receiving yards and 130 targets in three consecutive seasons.

As far as I can tell, there's never been a season where 30 receivers have had those things going for them

Will it seems so , I thought it was said his adp on Mfl is 29th . Seems like my own ranking are close to how many others see it . So I guess you are missing something .

Yeah. 29th. As in the 29th pick.

No that's to high for him . I've got him ranked 32 on my wr rankings so the 29 overall draft pick is awful .

Leaving your rankings aside, here's the thing:

In this posted draft, he went as the 19th WR off the board with the 34th overall pick. All offseason this bored and every other one like it has been inundated with "zero RB" talk. This is going to be the result. We're going to be reduced down to WR2/3s earlier and earlier. Could Hilton been available at the 4.03? Sure. Maybe. But maybe one of the two guys is a Colts homer. Maybe this guy believes that with a healthy Andrew Luck Hilton will top 1,300 yards like in 2014.

Regardless of what number he's assigned in anyone's rankings, a tiered approach to ranking players likely has Hilton in the 3rd-4th tier unless one is making unbelievably small tiers. I have a top 6 tier, then about 10 more guys (the Alshons, Evans, Jordys, Cobbs), and then about 10 more guys that include the likes of Hilton, Jordan Matthews, etc.

The ultimate question heading into next year's drafts is going to be: when does the receiver mix and the second/third tier for RBs meet? When does Mark Ingram, Lamar Miller, Zeke Elliott, Jeremy Hill become a better option than a receiver if you're able to go BPA? Again, that's the conundrum that hasn't been available with all the zero RB talk. The lack of visualization for just how quickly these WR's are going to dry up. Because from the looks of it, even if you rank Hilton as the 32nd best WR for 2016, he's going to be drafted by the time the 5th round is concluded.

Langford should be in those first 2 rounds. I'm not taking Sammy twatkins over him, that's for sure. Langford has top 8 Rb potential and then some. I'd look at him as no different than a prime Forte as far as slotting.

Kelvin Benjamin and Eric Decker before Doug Martin and Amari Cooper? I especially don't like Benjamin that high this year. He looked like the WR version of Eddie Lacy on the sidelines at the Super Bowl. He is known to have issues with weight and I'm interested in seeing what he looks like with a year off. Martin and Cooper can be both elite at their position.

At the one spot a start of Antonio Brown, Doug Martin and Amari Cooper would be looking real nice. Start the 4/5 turn with Brady/Rothesburger and Randall Cobb and ask for my winnings.

Cooks as the 20 th wr taken was a steal . That might have been the best pick in the third round .

Who do you think should go at 4.11 ?

So far I have:

Le'veon Bell
Matt Forte

Brandon Marshall

I have 2 of the next 4 picks.

CJ Anderson?
QB?

Deon Lewis (in case Forte does not end up in NE)?

Emmanuel Sanders?

Evans picked as the number 22 wr was a steal , I think he was the best pick up in the forth .

Then i would jump on Maclin for your next pick. That would be an awesome start imo.

Round 4
4.1 Doug Baldwin WR Seatle (Aaron L)

:shocking:

I just can't wrap my head around this guy going at 4.1.

I know what he did last season and he may deserve to be drafted here. But man......drafting him at 4.1. This is still Doug Baldwin we're talking about.

I agree. Hilton shouldnt be going that high. I dont have him ranked as low on my WR list as you do, but I do agree third round is too early.

I think its a decent bet he could have been had in the 4th round. Possibly even the 5th, but if you are waiting to round 5, there is a chance you dont get him.
