Armchair nutritionist advice here... early 30's is probably THE time to start eating well if you haven't been, to stave of what will otherwise be problems in your 50's, 60's.

 

Starting mid-thirties and 40s is late.

Good advice, but if he's pushing three bills he's got health problems already.

I'm a leaner 270. I don't look like it. However, I need to get my arse in check or I will have issues.

Dude, I was 270 pretty recently. And I'm 6'4" with broad shoulders. There is no such thing as a lean 270.

 

Unfortunately, I am now 205, and look like I was melted with a candle. Loose skin is not appealing either. I look much better with clothes on... otherwise, darkness is your friend.

Every obese clown thinks they are a body builder with 2% body fat. But to be fair, 270 is ideal weight if he is 8'3".
