penultimatestraw 473 Posted August 7, 2016 Armchair nutritionist advice here... early 30's is probably THE time to start eating well if you haven't been, to stave of what will otherwise be problems in your 50's, 60's. And I'm 6'4" with broad shoulders. There is no such thing as a lean 270. Unfortunately, I am now 205, and look like I was melted with a candle. Loose skin is not appealing either.
