rrmcguire 36 Posted November 8, 2016 my current backs are: Miller Ware Hightower Gillislee Rob Kelley Henry receivers are: Hopkins Allen Robinson Landry Moncrief Corey Coleman just had an offer to trade Kelley and Landry for Todd Gurley and Marvin Jones, PPR league, should I do this? I'm also trying to pickup JJ Nelson off waivers
scottsind 61 Posted November 8, 2016 Marvin Jones may sit on your bench as he hasn't been producing, but the upgrade with Gurley may be worth it. Reports say that they want to feed him the ball more. I am used to standard leagues so not sure of Landry's value, but he just doesn't score TD's. Yardage and targets are usually there. I say go for it. Hopkins, A Rob, and Moncrief are sufficient rest of the year at WR. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=460658
cyclone24 1,913 Posted November 8, 2016 I would. You dont lose much based on your roster and gain Gurley.
mcostley 0 Posted November 8, 2016 I think it would be worth it for Gurley alone. Landry was a PPR beast earlier on this season, but it seems like he could be somewhat limited now with Ajayi doing so well.
jctds 4 Posted November 8, 2016 If you get Gurley, you won't be able to move him but is a guy you could start every week and count on the 10+ points + upside. Plus, you are basically trading Landry for two players. Kelley is a big question mark and I would say his ceiling is limited sharing the backfield with two other guys, I think Kelley's stock is at it's peak right now. If I were you I wouldn't be chasing a RB though, I would be chasing a more consistent WR. Between Hopkins, Landry, Moncrief, and ARob - I would have a serious headache trying to figure out who to start each week. JJ Nelson would only add to that incoming migraine. Maybe think about packaging up one of these big WR names with a middling RB for a no-brainer WR start for every week.
Oriole8159 86 Posted November 8, 2016 I like it. The reward far outweighs the risk
rrmcguire 36 Posted November 8, 2016 sad thing is most of our league at this point won't trade 'stud' players and just trying to get a flex(Gurley) who will for certain get me 10+ points each week
Byrdman5 112 Posted November 8, 2016 I would do it. Your not giving up much for 2 guys that could turn it on late in the season.
