According to the Internet this is very easy in Philadelphia but I have to say I don't see anyone selling on my way to work or whatever. How do you old guy get high? Then one day ask them on the sly, like it could be a joke just in case somehow it gets back to you (if this is a workplace person or something). They got pot shops everywhere in my state now. You just walk in and buy it. The ironic thing is I haven't wanted to smoke pot for years and years. Just makes me paranoid and anti social. Mostly as far as what type of high you get - I think all the strength tends to be super high. Like way too focking high for most people. They need to work on that aspect. I've done one grow, basically made a small room within my finished basement, except for the light and some special reflective paper (orca) I did it on the cheap (figured that's the point, right). One book but mostly on the internet... Think the site I liked best was growweedeasy.com. not to brag and def learned some things to do better, different next time, but I got very good reviews from people who tried it... Then gives basically very small profit deal to roughly 5-10 of his frens. So I get cali goods in ny for many moons. Sort of nice. As for you with no friends....I agree with others it will just have to be find a guy you sort of know who smokes and then get pushed in 1 direction. If it seems like a 1 time thing buy a bunch. With the actual real crop the smell wasn't too bad...I did make a homemade carbon filter that may have helped, buy I think it depends mostly on the strain... Some stink more than others... Some obtained from weed I bought Ordered some from some hippy on cape cod Also ordered on line through a company called https://www.nirvanashop.com I think they are pretty reputable, seen them advertised around the internet b4.
