Beer cheese bacon dip. Don't have it with me. Found several out there on the googles.

Great if you can find some pretzel break to tear up and dip or like pretzel chips or salted pita chips.

Serve it warm.best in a small crock pot.

I used a smoked Swiss and gruyere cheese combo.

Lay off the cheeseburgers Billy Blanks. They are no good for a guy having fertility issues.

a handful of fresh spinach

a couple of tbs of minced garlic

7-10 chopped artichoke hearts (or package of marinated artichoke hearts)

3# of cream cheese

2 containers of boursin (either garlic & herb, or shallot & chive)

1/2 - 1 c of butter milk

s&p

shredded parm

wilt spinach in oil (can be a blend, canola, grape seed, olive). add garlic towards the end and sweat. set aside. in a mixer... add cream cheese and boursin. slowly add buttermilk (just enough to help soften)... you still want it somewhat firm. add artichokes and spinach/garlic.... s&p to taste. soften for 30 sec to 1 min in mic. fill a hallowed bread bowl... sprinkle with some shredded parm. cook in oven at about 400-450 for about 5-10 min.

We are thinking of making this, but this can't be right. Is this a typo?
