Should I Ertz, or should I Brate?

I really don't like TE decisions - always seems like just a crapshoot (see e.g., Ebron week 12). That being said, I have these two jokers on my team and can't decide who to start. Need to win or my season is over. Std scoring. WHIR.

Brate tends to find a way to be at least mildly useful every week.

 

Ertz is a lame Kelce. Aka he's less talented but in a similar hell as it relates to playcalling/usage.
