One of the best concerts I ever went to was Kevin Kenny (lead singer of Drivin n Cryin) at really small bar. We sat at the bar maybe 20 feet from the stage.

To their credit, I think there was one mention of Trump in a rather ambiguous way. Most bands feel they have to get political when they play in DC. Last night was all about the music.

I do love the 930 Club, and the Flaming Lips, but already obligated to the "Snowed In" event where they bring in DC's best "mixologists" in what amounts to a big fund raising party for Childrens Hospital.
