Back in SA my buddies neighborhood had a neighborhood pool in it reserved for the homeowners in the community. Me and my buddy were there when this black family (who weren't a part of the community) came in and started using the pool. When someone said something to them they claimed they lived in the community and pointed to my buddies house saying they lived there. After he told them it was actually his house they kept calling him a liar and racist (buddy is Hispanic too). Finally someone called the cops and they had them escorted out of the community. But I know that happens a lot with those types of black People cause I see people I went to high school with claiming they do it all the time

Based on body language, I believe the only aggressors are the ones standing. Again, IMO, I think standing to leave would have been considered a sign of aggression.
