He was the guy that tackled Emmit Smith and broke his shoulder blade in the last game of the 1993 season at giants stadium for the division and HFA. Fockin Emmit came back in the game and the cowboys won in overtime. Dan Reeves played for the FG at the end of regulation and the tie. Simms was on fire and wanted to go for it. Cowboys won the toss and a few plays later it was over. I was there, and no one though Emmit would come back. Good thing, because Aikman and Irving weren't doing anything in that cold.
