Considered an extreme flight risk, prosecutors say he has been in Washington for eight months, appears to have been subject to immigration-removal proceedings in 2005, and had his Mexican passport with him at the time of his arrest. And you can bank on some psycho getting arrested for domestic violence and walking right out of jail and finding his wife and killing her. No cool off period. I can see the future.
