I love Tuco, not sure I'd call him the villain, I'd say Angel Eyes is more so than Tuco...but honestly, the lines between Good/Bad/Ugly in that movie are pretty blurred. Plus they were involved with insider trading of frozen OJ and likely dozens of other commodities. In the end, they were taken down by the good guys, the butler and the over achieving hooker. Evil muthafucka tries to turn around but in the end gets drawn back into evildoing cuz he needs the money and is the only one of the 3 who really has the stomach for it.
