bfros 53 Posted September 13, 2018 Davis had 13 targets last week, Walker now out. Top receiver for Titans . Gordon playing behind Landry. Proven talent. Both big & talented. Which one ROS?
SexyRexy 60 Posted September 13, 2018 Corey Davis based on volume. Gordon based on big play ability. Helpful, I know.

SexyRexy 60 Posted September 13, 2018 in that case probably gordon. better bet for a TD. TENN worries me.

We Tigers 71 Posted September 13, 2018 Gordon is still living off his incredible 2013. When he's played since then, he's been the picture of ordinary. With him, I'll believe it when I see it. I'll take Davis. With Walker gone I think he is moving closer to his upper-level projections for the season: 130+ targets, and quite a lot of damage done with them. My bias here is that I had Davis rated wayyy above Gordon going into the season, and have him on 1 team.
Maulers1973 117 Posted September 13, 2018 I don't like it that Davis already has a hamstring issue again. In standard scoring I'd take Gordon, in PPR I'd take Davis (cautiously).
jrokh 568 Posted September 13, 2018 Both were high risk high reward players before the draft and I have no reason yet to think differently.

tanatastic 2,061 Posted September 13, 2018 Gordon looks good but when has Tyrod ever supported a playmaker like him instead of a guy like Landry?
weepaws 2,457 Posted September 13, 2018 He hasn’t and that’s a good point. But C Davis hammy problems could be a big deal like it was last season, and Davis is already having problems with it. Gordon for me because I’m not sure we can trust Davis. But I agree Taylor isn’t the type of Qb that can feed so many good players.

LuckyBastard13 8 Posted September 13, 2018 Gordon, especially once Mayfield takes over.
Mullog 12 Posted September 13, 2018 For me it's hard to argue with the volume of targets Davis will see now that Walker is on IR. Other than Dion Lewis he has no real competition for that volume. Lots of mouths to feed in Cleveland. The news about the hammy is only because teams have to report a practice status for Wednesday. Otherwise I bet we never hear about it. Just my take. weepaws 2,457 Posted September 13, 2018 Davis has the same problem last season, and it does become a big problem for some players. That should be a concern imo.
scottsind 61 Posted September 14, 2018 Tough question. I would rather have Gordon on my team than Davis, and I roster Davis. Until Davis has a wow fantasy game in the regular season I think Gordon is a better WR3 for a squad to throw in there for a bye week or two, or flex. I believe if both are healthy Gordon would score more TDs in a year.
polecatt 401 Posted September 14, 2018 Got to say Davis but it's close, He doesn't have quite the same upside as Gordon but I think he has a much higher ceiling and overall value
tanatastic 2,061 Posted September 14, 2018 Sammy Watkins 2014 - 65 982 6 2015 - 60 1047 9 Tyrod wasn’t there in 14 but yea 15 was his big year so that counts.

EternalShinyAndChrome 2,513 Posted September 16, 2018 I'm going to go out on a limb here and say Gordon. No risk no reward!
