Curious to hear which QB's you are starting him over.

 

I'm starting him over Rivers.

WHY is he called Matty "Ice". He is not really known for being a Brady/Rodgers type where they pull out the game at the end. I'd bench Mr Ryan too, he sure "iced" NE in 2nd half of Super Bowl!

I'm considering playing Fitz over Rivers...………….but NO, Rivers is too steady, he's an old pro that will kick out the same stats every week but he won't kill you like a Goff will-I traded that wuss last week-less thinking for me.

Well, considering Fitz was the #1 QB after 3 weeks, and the Tampa QB position is #1 after 8 weeks, I'm thinking I'd start him over almost everyone. I'm thinking maybe only Mahomes and Newton are better starts. I'd take Fitz over everyone else.

I was just looking at this a little closer, and the Wilson\Fitz combo for the rest of the season actually looks pretty awesome. Where Wilson has tough match ups, Fitz has pretty easy match ups and vice versa (especially after week 12 cruising into the playoffs.)

 

Wilson's ROS Schedule:

 

LAC, @LAR, GB, CAR, SF, MIN, @SF, KC, AZ

 

Fitz's ROS Schedule:

 

@CAR, WAS, @NYG, SF, CAR, NO, @BAL, @DAL, ATL

 

Of course, the big question mark is if Fitz lasts as the starter throughout the rest of the season.

 

I'm certainly hanging onto these two barring any injuries\benchings.

Here is my best guess: there is a beer called Natural Light, which also came out with a higher alcohol content version of their beer called "Natural Ice." A lot of people call it Natty Ice as a nickname instead of Natural Ice. So I think people refer to Matt Ryan as "Matty Ice" as a similarity.
