WR Rest of the Way Rankings Question and Trade Question

1. I was thinking about picking up Valdes Scantling or Cobb who are available in my league. Personally, I am not very high on Cobb. Looking at the FFToday rest of the way rankings Valdes Scantling is not even listed.

 

2. PS - I am also going to try and trade for a WR but trying to figure out what I can do with what I have. Which of the RB's below would you try and trade and for whom?
