jgcrawfish 232 Posted December 3, 2018 League A: Highest scoring team in the league but will get the #3 seed. Possible lost Conner for my 1st playoff game. Also have to compete with a "superteam" created by a questionable trade who should have lost this weekend but didn't because his opponent crapped all over himself League B: 12x2 league...highest scoring team in my half. Got 1st round bye...but may have lost Gordon AND Conner for my 1st round matchup this weekend. League C: 2nd highest scoring team in the league. Will likely finish 6-7 but make the playoffs because I've had 150 more pts scored against me than the next highest. Lost Hunt, Conner, Fournette (suspension..thankfully getting him back) and Olsen. Man, you grind and you work...then the Fantasy Football Gods decide to just sh!t on you all at once...

weepaws 2,459 Posted December 3, 2018 It’s the most wonderful time of the year. Just not always for ff playoffs.
sderk 1,040 Posted December 3, 2018 Play 2 games a week. One against your opponent, and one against the league average for that week. The better teams rise to the top more often than not.
Ehlana 25 Posted December 3, 2018 It's been a weird year. The extra scoring is causing odd results. You control what you can and hope for the best. Then you lose 2 of your keepers before the playoffs and you're left trying to field a competitive roster.

sderk 1,040 Posted December 3, 2018 In what league keep track of this loke standings and scoring? We use rtsports. Great site fantasy setup. Not sure what a "loke" is though.

jgcrawfish 232 Posted December 3, 2018 Nearly Everyone on the forum is the top scoring team in their HTH leagues, yet are 7-6 cry babies. Get Real. Not sure what your point is...it's either that everyone on here is inherently smarter than their competition OR it's sarcasm. I'm not whining about being the top scoring team...I'm whining about the injuries. This isn't one of those "I have 11 inches and make $500k a year kind things". I play in in 3 leagues this year, and up until 2 weeks ago when one team in one league got exceedingly hot, I was the top scoring team in all 3 for a good chunk of the year. I'd love to go to a total points format in them (or play everyone every week, which was also fun) but people like HTH. All I'm saying is that it sucks to work your ass off all year only to have a span of 7 days derail everything.
jimaveli 119 Posted December 4, 2018 It is the nature of single elimination. Stuff happens! I do not hate this too much.
