Titans db attempts to hit Jax TE high... Misses and hits teammates with vicious helmet to helmet... why not targeting?

 

Derrick Henry 99 yard run grabs defender by face mask and shakes it... Called "nice stiff arm" by announcer... anyone else on offense would get facemask or illegal hands to face!
