Chargers -3.5 seems trappy.

Kenneth Dixon o/u on rushing yards is 38.5. Hmmm.

Wow they have most rushing yards between Melvin Gordon and Gus Edwards at Gordon +7.5

Chargers this season tend to start slow and get stronger as the game wears on. The difference maker could be the first two Ravens offensive series. If they get touchdowns in both, the Ravens can win. Chargers defense hopefully can kill 3 drives with either big sacks or offensive holding penalties to put the Ravens in 3rd and long, although Lamar Jackson has surprisingly converted some 3rd and longs with his arm and/or leg. The Chargers outscored the Chiefs 22-7 at the end of the game and outscored the Steelers 26-7 at the end of the game.

What I really like is that Derwin James is such a good tackler even in the open field that he should clean up a lot of runs.

Tirico goes "Ravens are dominating the game". LOL

Last I checked, you don't win by having the most rushing yards, or most passing yards, you win by most points. A LOT of elite defenses are bend-but-dont-break and will give up tons of yards but few points.

Ravens are dominating but it's still so early it doesn't carry much weight yet

That's not how the NFL works. A bend-but-dont-break defense can give the false impression that the opponent is dominating but as long as they keep them out of the end zone, its working according to plan. That's why you can't just go by yards.

Chargers might win but they got their butts handed to them in the first half. Sad but true

When the Ravens got 1st and goal, they couldn't punch it in and only got 3 in both trips. That's not getting your butt handed to you. Those are missed opportunities that will come back to haunt them most likely.

The Chargers had 72 total yards, 72! and they had the ball first. Again they can have a good second half and win comfortably, but they got the snot beat out of them for a half, it happens.

Are they even using Gordon

Yep.....but not as a workhorse thus far. Got spelled by Justin Jackson quite a bit in 1st half.

Wow. Well, that's a game where you just throw the tape out. What can you learn from a fumble return for a td.

That the Ravens D >>> Chargers D.

That the Chargers disappoint like usual.

That Antonio Gates probably just fumbled away the Chargers' chance at going to the Super Bowl.
