LB Official Rule 1.04 (a): Any field built by a Club after June 1, 1958 will have a minimum distance of 325 feet from Home Plate to the fence that is nearest in the right and left fields along the foul lines, and a minimum 400-foot center field fence.

That's nice. For other teams.  The Yankees do what they want. Ya heard?

Random baseball things. The Reds homer on three consecutive pitches off of Jeff Samardzija (the 9th home run of the season for all three hitters). They lost the game. Hunter Renfroe hit a walk off pinch-hit grand slam to beat the Dodgers. Harper and Machado are hitting .233 and .236 respectively. Cody Bellinger is still completely ridiculous with a .412/.486/.840 slash, though his home run pace has slowed to a mere 63 (with only 171 RBIs).

Red Sox should have given Jackie Bradley Jr at least 5 more years. What a stud.

Has there ever been a bigger bunch of nobodies that went apeshit in the playoffs to fool an entire league into thinking they were good?

JBJ
Pearce
Kelly
Stinkface (Brasier)
Eovaldi

Nice to see him finally swinging like he used to.  Cubs also took 1st place with that series sweep.

Even though I'm in Northwest Missouri I'm surrounded by Cards fans and these last few years sporting my Cubs gear has been awesome. :D

No way. Boone has lost most of his team. Even the backups are getting hurt.

How about Kyle Hendricks with an 81 pitch shut out last week. This from a guy who's fastball is around 84-87.  That's some serious control.

Maybe, but they still are fielding more talent then the Twins and the Twins finished under .500 last year and are nine games over .500 at the moment in first place...

I wouldn't have an issue with Kevin Cash being AL manager of the year...  Him or Baldelli are the clubhouse leaders IMO...

How is this good/great managing? He starts all the backups because he has no other options

It isn't, not even close...  It is only because he is a Yankee that HT only cares...

Lou Gehrig missed it by 5. It would be great if someone went and "found" 5 more for him.

Be sure not to miss LGBT night at Dodgers stadium on May 31.

This special night includes a game ticket and a special LGBT dufflle bag.

I assume the duffle is pink and contains a bunch dildos, some lube and bottle of AIDS medicine

You gotta admire Tommy John for performing all those career saving surgeries over the years. Great contributions to the game. So many pitchers owe a lot to him

He’s great but he does play lots of games at home run friendly Miller Park.

If you are a power hitter, I don't know why you wouldn't want to play in the NL Central.  Milwaukee, Chicago and Cincy...all band-boxes.

As of right now, the 2019 Houston Astros are the best offensive team ever in the history of baseball...

It was only the Orioles...

Either way, they do have some late inning heroics so far...

Regular season baseball, especially the first two months, can be a bit of a bore.  But damn, these no-name Yankees make it interesting.  Stanton and Judge can take their time getting back. This is fun.

You're aware that everyone else in the AL plays them too, right? And the Yankees play other teams?
