HTH 67 Posted March 14, 2019 Hey, I got a bunch of new sweaters for Christmas and some already have holes from moths. Is there a good way to prevent them without Moth Balls which make the clothing stink? Is ceder effective? TIA
vuduchile 1,941 Posted March 14, 2019 Yes. Cedar blocks work. So does moving out of your mom's basement.

wiffleball 4,639 Posted March 14, 2019 Don't sweat it. Pretty soon the moths will enter a dormant state. And in a few weeks later? You will have some beautiful sweaterflies.

tanatastic 2,061 Posted March 14, 2019 Damn, that’s a real thing? Always thought it was just on TV. Can’t you store them places where moths can’t fly into? order a set of vaccum sealed bags. You can store a ton of stuff and use your Vac to suck all the air out and keep it sealed and taking up a lot less space when it’s not the season for wearing.
