Low Carb Guys... pretty interesting read

Careful, there is a bunch of junk science that is used to justify the article, testing on mutant mice, etc.  It would not surprise me to see that a high sugar diet is linked to an increase in cancer risk among humans, however there is nothing that in that article that proves anything.

 

We investigated the effects of daily oral administration of HFCS in adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) mutant mice, which are predisposed to develop intestinal tumors.

Everything is bad for you. Study show that a guy who once stubbed his toe got cancer 20 years later somthere may be a link between toe stubbing and cancer.

intermittent fasting, where one only eats/drinks during a certain 6 hour period - has done me good for awhile now - back down to my fighting weight of 180 (had gone up to 205 during downtime with back issues).

that Keto sh1t is focked, puts a strain on your heart ... the tubbos who just jump willy nilly into that plan are in for a shock.

Eat a well balanced diet (fruits, vegetables, proteins, carbs, etc)

Exercise

Don't smoke or do illicit drugs

Drink alcohol in moderation

Get your yearly physical

Vaccinate

Shiit aint hard folks

This is no joke. Your body quickly adjusts and you aren't starving after a day or two. Then the pounds just come off. I got to my lowest weight maybe since I was in the Marines, so I stopped.

Ive done a short fast for years before it ever became popular.  Im just not hungry in the morning at all.  I drink a glass or 2 of water and black coffee.  I dont get hungry until noon.  May snack after lunch.  Eat dinner around 7 or 730.  I try not to eat much before I try to go to sleep.  

Basically I dont eat unless I am hungry.  I like a little growl in the stomach.  Too many people look at the clock and assume it is time to eat.  No matter if they are hungry or not.  I have no science but I doubt that is how it is meant to be.
