The ignore function is different now.  Before, it showed a placeholder for a post by someone who is ignored.  Now, it just skips any posts by an ignored user and puts a very subtle (grayed out) message at the bottom of the posts that reads, "You've chosen to ignore content by sderk. Options".

Seems like a good option.
