Even this retard indicated that are strictly a political move in order to win Iowa. That's the only reason we have ethanol, at least corn-based ethanol. It's because of the timing of Iowa's caucuses. How retarded is that?

So, for those of you who hate socialism, when a spinning 26 billion dollars to pay Farmers not to farm. And have that? Could be used to fund childhood Health Insurance. But what the hell, let's just pay Farmers not to farm. And it's not like these guys can pick up where they left off when trumps gone.
