Absolutely love this on smoked and or grilled wings

https://www.google.com/search?source=hp&ei=sNT3XP-aNubF_Qa0m7LQBA&q=mango+ginger+habanero+sauce&oq=mango+ginger+ha&gs_l=psy-ab.1.0.0l5j0i22i30l5.1645.9074..11786...0.0..0.359.1585.13j2j0j1......0....1..gws-wiz.....0..35i39j0i131j0i67j0i131i67j0i20i263.Los0XJ3XzLc

Also love a good blackened or Cajun smoked wing

Also also really enjoy a smoked/fried wing just make sure to use a low sugar rub when making them

Thanks, I'll add this to the repertoire.

Love Tri-tip! In the land of beef, we're lucky to have them pretty readily.

You're turning your ribs into pulled pork, why?

A simple bend test is all you need to check for doneness in ribs

Pick them up in the middle, if they bend 45 % then they are done, if they break apart they are overcooked

I see your point but I guess that's the way my family prefers ribs.

I have taken baby backs cut, cut them in half, marinaded them in coca cola over night, rubbed them with sweet and smokey rub for another day, gave them an hour or so of smoke on the pellet grill, then finished them off in the crockpot with more coca cola until the bones pull out, then served three ribs w/o bone on a bun covered with coleslaw. " No pull "pork.

If so then that's the way you should cook them

Enjoy

It's pulled pork, just a leaner version of it since you used BBs.

What you made is closer to a McRib sandwich with real rib meat.

If its what you like more power to ya but it's still basically pulled pork

I am pretty much sick of my family when it comes to all meat.

When it comes to steak, they like no fat whatsoever.  My wife has ruined them.  They trim so much around the fat that there is so much waste of good meat.  My wife likes crappy tenderloin (Select) that really doesn't have flavor.  Fock that.  I want a nice ribeye.

With ribs, they take the same approach and there is so much meat that is wasted.  Forget St. Louis style ribs with them.  With the baby backs, they pretty much use a fork and knife to perform surgery on the ribs.  Bugs me to no end.  I am still working on my youngest son as he might be able to be fixed.  My wife and oldest son are done.  Might as well just give them lips and asses (hot dogs) or burgers.

If you cant find his rub use any Greek or Mediterranean rub

This method would work great on my weber smokey mountain.

Yes, I use my 22.5 to do 3 slabs at a time

No pan, just straight over the coals/wood

Pork tenderloin is great on the grill.

not pork loin -  pork TENDERloin

spend the extra $1 per pound for the tenderloin

Both have their merits, but brining your Loin is a must and I prefer smoking the whole loin.

Grilled tenderloin is very tasty and fast

Agree. What’s on your grill, for the family, this weekend?

Not sure if I'll grill/smoke this weekend

Heading to Pop's for Father's day weekend and I'll be doing a whole Loin and Baby Backs for the family so I may take this weekend off.

You need to try this.  https://www.zmenu.com/woodshed-smokehouse-fort-worth-online-menu/16-hour-smoked-beef-shin**-201992402

I watched it on a food network show, it sounded good and I gave it a try.  Perfect for a bunch of people who all want a different flavored taco.  You just offer tons of options to go with your goliath shank.  It pulls off perfectly.  It's an eye catcher for sure.

Make sure you catch all the drippings.

One butcher in central PA has them.  It’s weird, they make a killing having a tri-tip monopoly.  🤔
