It could be that we have the best hospitals in MA. 

It just so happens that we passed the "Act Providing Access to Affordable, Quality, Accountable Health Care" in 2006.

We don't have the best everything.  With hospitals, we have (arguably) the best and there are quite a few options.  If you are going to be sick, this is the place to do it.
