What types of shirts do you wear?

dress shirts, tees, henleys, polos, rugby shirts, v-necks?

Any style you avoid?

For remote work/sales meetings, mostly Banana Republic button down dress shirts.  Locally for meetings I have some Brooks Brothers polos.

Mostly polos for work, along with button downs.   Casual nights out, usually t-shirts. I tend to favor Guess, Limited, and Buckle these days.

Button down for work

Wife beaters on warm weekends

If I'm heading out it's normally a t-shirt from a race I ran. (Right now I'm wearing a bourbon chase shirt)

Winter I like long sleeve tees

I don't like polos but do wear them from time to time.

Polos to work and going out on the weekends.  Travis Mathew makes some quality polos that don't look too golfie.

Just tshirts for after work or doing projects on the weekend.  Mostly under armour or sports related themes.

Button down for work (also casual button down). Around the house I have light weight polo-like shirts.  I sleep in tee-shirts.

edit: sometimes Hawaiian shirts around the house

Casual button down

I liked the way polo shirts looked, but had trouble with the collars going misshapen. Do you guys starch and iron your collars?

no starch or iron for polos, but try to create proper crease after washing and before putting it on.

Tshirts for the most part, primarily brewery and concert shirts (non black).  Polos otherwise.

No dress code at work and PNW is well known for everyone being far too casual all the time.

Switch to a dri fit type material instead of cotton.

Button down dress shirts at work. Polls on Fridays and weekend events in summer like family parties or going out to eat. T shirts the rest of the time. I like pocket t’s to carry sunglasses or I phone. But I have many v necks, concert t’s, Eagles / Sixer t’s etc.

WalMart polls tend to lose their shape.

Cut off t shirt almost every day, all day. If you're lucky I might wear underwear.

Jeans and T-shirts almost always.  Love having a job without a dress code.

Polos and button downs for work.  Polos and Tommy Bahamas outside of work.

Rarely wear tshirts usually just to workout.

affliction teez

I own a lot of them but I've been leaning more towards the Tap Out variety lately. I think it screams 'don't mess with me, I watch MMA'  Which I like.

Expanding on this:

For workouts I tend to wear shirts from our gym.  They put out tees for things like the Murph, other WODs, one hour burpee challenge, etc.  These tend to be prior to a workout and/or shower.  It's a way to help support them financially to be honest, as the business model to support such a gym is not terribly sustainable.

For post workout/shower, I have a series of collar-less shirts from places like Macy's or Dillard's which are my go-to comfy shirts; they are attractive but not "I'm 50 trying to look 20 with and Affliction shirt."

Men's shirts.

I prefer non-binary grey unitards.  The entire concept of gender-based clothing and colors is offensive nowadays.
