Had to have been a failure of fuel tanks/lines on truck or motorcycles. Im sure gasoline had to have been first fuel ignited. All that metal scraping on asphalt or hot exhaust will ignite gasoline.  Im guessing the Dodge was deisel, but some 2500s are Hemi gas engines.  But yeah, had to be gasoline.  Once gas was ignited, there so many plastics and foams in modern vehicles that sustain long term combustion.  All those plastics and foams are hydrocarbon based and virtually gasoline themselves.
