That's a big part of what is wrong with kids today. Giving a kid an asswhipping in most states these days is probably a felony charge.

My daughter has a kindergarten graduation coming up, glad she's the exact opposite of this boy.

Meanwhile the teacher is happy to finally have that monster out of her class and go on to become somebody else's problem next year. I spent a long time teaching kindergarten myself and some kids are off-the-wall bad.
