Anyone ever buy those frozen steaks they sell in the tents

Anyone ever buy and try those frozen steaks the guys out in the white tents sale? Comes vacuum sealed and in a big box? Never bought them but I always see a big tent with a sign saying “20 ribeyes for $30”. Always wondered if they were any good or not

I had a guy try that at my house one time.  Knocks on the door and he's got some dumpy S10 in the driveway leaking oil with a chest freezer in the bed. 

Wanna buy some steak?  Uhh, no.

My sister used to buy frozen stuff like that from some guy that went door to door. They called him the meat man. He was like a Seinfeld character... All of a sudden he would be there standing at the back patio door, was kinda creepy, but most of the stuff he peddled was actually decent for being frozen food.

I have seen that and lobster tails. I would never buy from one of those goofs. I would come a lot closer to buying whatever was the most expensive, from a place like Central Market or Whole Foods.

Haven’t ever seen the lobster tails. Only the steaks.
