He already did. Source quotes Gruden saying that he found the video amusing and that it was "awesome." 

They all look like clowns right now, especially Mayock.

They are completely embarrassing themselves, they must suspend him.

They have to set their standards for what is acceptable. 

If his actions garner no repercussions, then what is to deter AB or anyone else to keep bulldozing the management and the team

Gruden is the true clown/buffoon in this, regardless of his salary.  He's the one pulling the strings on this. Let's see how that works out with him allowing this sort of lunacy and complete lack of respect for the organization.
