Carson/TY Hilton or Dalvin Cook/AJ Green

I was offered Dalvin Cook and AJ Green for my Chris Carson and TY Hilton. Hilton is not one of my starters currently so is this a good trade? I do like Cook slightly better than Carson.

Nah, Cook can't stay healthy, and Carson is a top 5 RB.  Hilton loses a bit of luster from not having Luck (33% of his fantasy value, based on 2017), but we don't know how healthy Green is going to be even after he comes back from the current injury (in Week 4 or so).

Green is the biggest issue with this trade, and I don’t think he can be counted on. 

So I would pass.

I'd rather have Cook/Green, I would probably accept this trade especially since Hilton is expendable to you.

I guess you have to ask yourself is the trade worth it if AJ doesn't play this season?

If Cinci goes 0-5 they just might let him heal all the way until next year.
