Starkers 0 Posted September 10, 2019 I took him in a couple of leagues because he dropped far enough. What should I do with him since it looks like it will be mid season before he is on the field? While I am hoping for a trade I'm not confident. Thanks for your input.
AxeElf 787 Posted September 10, 2019 If you drafted him knowing he was holding out, I don't know that you should do anything other than what you drafted him for--hold him and hope he helps your team down the stretch for a playoff run. I guess if you can get something of value in trade for him, do it, but the Catch-22 is that you probably won't get much in return now, and the closer it gets to his return (Weeks 6-8 is the latest), the more value there is in holding him. weepaws 2,418 Posted September 10, 2019 Go fishing. See what you might get back in return , lower your expectations.
Ray_T 585 Posted September 11, 2019 Yeah, if you wanna sell, you will not get full market value. My recommendation is dont sell if you dont have to, in 5 games (give or take) he will be back. that being said, if you NEED to sell, be prepared to get 50 to 60 cents on the dollar (so to speak)
