How is this even a question?

There's no way to prove that in a senate trial without hard evidence.  Its not going to a criminal trial so the standards there don't apply.  Senators are left to decide for themselves.

2 step process. Impeachment is not merely the vote in the house, it's also sending the articles over to the senate. The house managers have to stand up in the senate and say the president is impeached and that they want a trial to occur.

Doesn't it say in Article One of the constitution that the senate has the sole power to try all impeachments? How can the senate try an impeachment without the house taking it to the senate for trial?

The sad part isn't that he is ignorant about due process, a lawyer no less.  The sad part is that if he really believed Trump was impeached, then he is just fine with denying the President the opportunity to face his accusers and offer a proper defense in a timely manner.  The denial of a right to a speedy trial should have this whole thing thrown out.  If worms actually cared about justice, which he doesn't.

So Worms is STILL hanging onto the Ukraine stuff despite the mountain of evidence showing it isn't about getting dirt on Joe Biden but rather revealing the corruption and 2016 meddling by Democrats and Ukraine in the Presidential Election. It's ridiculous to suggest dirt needed to be dug up anyway since it's been widely reported back to 2014 detailing the conflict of interest AND Joe confessed on camera.
