Yep. They should also have a salary cap and floor so that small market owners can’t cry poor and use that as an excuse to fock their fans by not fielding a team. I’d also love adding two teams to bring the league to 32 and divisional realignment like the NFL. There are at least 3-4 cities that could probably support a team.
