Derrick Henry needs to be one of them.  He is currently the RB5 in standard scoring and the RB6 in PPR scoring, with 4 TDs on the season and at least 1 TD in every game.  He is facing the Falcons, who have allowed at least 1 rushing TD in every game, and 5 rushing TDs on the season.

The other obvious choice is Ingram, because he's the #3 standard and the #5 PPR RB--but he tends to be either boom or bust, even against the relatively soft run defenses he has faced so far:

Week 1:  107 yds rushing, 0 rec for 0 yds receiving, 2TDs against Miami (#32 vs the run)

Week 2:  47 yds rushing, 2 rec for 30 yds receiving, 0 TDs against Arizona (#30 vs the run)

Week 3:  103 yds rusing, 4 rec for 32 yds receiving, 3 TDs against Kansas City (#26 vs the run)

Now he faces Cleveland, who is #14 against the run, and wouldn't be THAT bad if not for allowing Derrick Henry to run wild on opening weekend.  Since then, they have allowed 68/0 to Le'Veon Bell in Week 2, and 41/0 to Gurley in Week 3.

Kerryon gets that Chiefs' defense, but he's been kind of underwhelming so far, and that game should be more of a QB battle than a RB battle anyway.

David Johnson faces the #4 run defense of the Seahawks, and we've seen how he can get lost in the air raid offense anyway (11 carries in Week 3, 7 carries in Week 2).

Fournette has more value in PPR leagues than standard (where he isn't even a top 25 RB through three weeks), but he got a lot of that value on one run last week in garbage time (he broke off a 69 yard run, and ended up with 66 yards rushing for the game, if that tells you anything).

So that leads us to the conclusion that Chris Carson, facing the #30 run defense of the Arizona Cardinals, with Rashaad Penny questionable and Pete Carroll stubbornly saying things like, “You will not see me waver in my support for Chris and belief in the guy as a football player,” and, "we’re expecting him to tear it up,” should be your 2nd starter with Derrick Henry on Sunday.

TL;DR - Carson & Henry
