You probably won't get him for 15%--someone's going to be more desperate for a 2nd-round, low-end WR1 type for the playoff run.  Leagues I play in, someone would probably drop a 50% bomb on that kind of a talent--at least.  Whoever dropped him must not have had their thinking propellor beanie on.
