Regardless of what happens now, you gotta hand it to the Cards.

It’s a 3 pt game with 4 minutes left against the vaunted 49ers defense.

Yup, I'm impressed. They've been hot for a month though. Nobody should be that surprised.

well sort of.  i certainly respect what they were doing on the ground.  the 49ers held them to 116 passing yard prior to that 88 yard play.  great pass, just inches from the db

Sanders... Can't say it enough, exactly what this team needed.

Was hoping GB traded for him. Hes already making a huge impact for SF

would have been a great fit in the slot for rodgers, especially when adams comes back

They aren’t dogsh!t but they’re 3-4 with a rookie QB and playing without their best offensive player.

Jimmy bailed out the defense tonight. This is EXACTLY what I was waiting for. Granted it's the Cards. On the road divisional game win is great though.

Injuries are beyond starting to pile up for the 9ers, really need this 10 days off. Need the win first though.

Packers beat the 9ers in a few weeks if Adams is healthy and running fine.  They matchup well.

We'll have several players back by then, I'll take the 9ers by 9.5 at home.

i don't think so, especially if the 49ers get staley, mcglinchie, juszczyk, and kittle back

Spot on, nobody outside of 9ers fans know how short we are right now.

Packers are the most injury prone team each year.  Our 2nd best offensive player. LG. Rookie stid safety.  Nickle Lber.  .....actually seems like a win on the injury front.

Welcome to the nfl.

Im a Packers fan and feel the opposite. SF has a good TE, good running game, and can generate pressure on Rodgers. SF is the kind of team GB will have a lot of trouble with.

I say they matchup well because

1. Rodgers >>>> jimmy

2. 9ers nice front and rush. Packers the top pass blocking line this year.

3. Packers can run.

Do not matchup well in the run defense.  Nor kittle matchip honestly.  But pettine can figure oit something on 2 weeks.

We'll see in a few weeks, GB not really a concern right now for us. 8 - 0, good win tonight. Get healthy and move on, Seattle up next.

defense: strong edge to 49ers (though this is one of the better defenses gb has had in a while. legitimate and right now carrying the team)

rb: edge to 49ers (depends which jones shows up)

wr: push. 49ers are young but talented. gb wrs are injured.

te: strong edge to kittle

qb: strong edge to rodgers

st: fg unit.. gb. returns 49ers

coaching: 49ers.

they will play in santa clara on 11/24. as is, 9ers by 7-10 at home.

if played in gb, slight 49er win (get staley, mcglichie, and juszczyk back)

this was prior to attaining sanders, so might be an edge to sf

I am wondering if teams look at this and start using their quicker backs vs SF (Ie: more williams than jones)

I dropped Jimmy last week. Guy I played this week played him to fill in a bye.

Making it worse - I didn’t have the balls to flex Drake. :wall:

Cliff DInglebury with the worst Timeout call of all time. totally changed the game and that horrible drop by #17 on Arizona early. It's hard to win in the NFL, you can't play the giants every week. too many fock ups

Couldn't agree more.    You KNEW it would be a TD after it happened too.    It was like there is no way this finishes with AZ stopping them twice on 4th an 1 and then an easy pass and score.

Re-remember that time the Giants played the Patriots in the Super Bowl and the Patriots were undefeated? That was awesome.

Those are the FF stories you'll be telling forever.

Reminds me of many years ago Jaguars had a rb named James Stewart and his owner was trying to trade him to me the Sunday morning of the day we were playing because he was having bye week issues,I turned down the trade knowing the owner would have to start him only to have Stewart score 5 td's against me,worst part he came in after an injury to the starter.

I have too many of those stories to even remember just these past 2 seasons.

All of them stated they were ready to go for MNF. I hope they knock the rust off quick and the defense is nice and rested up.
