I finally went over 200 and had the epiphany that I had to lose weight. Just yesterday I went through my closet and tried on 4 suit jackets from that time. It looked like I was a kid wearing my dad's clothes. I have no idea why they were wasting space in there at this point, other than I have certain hoarder tendencies... Most I ever weighed to my knowledge was 195 or so about 3-4 years ago. I stepped on the scale for the first time in years and felt ashamed. I’d been a regular gym going for longer but realized I needed to start paying attention to diet if I didn’t want to hit 200+, which is a pretty good goal I think.
