Doorbell cams (Ring,etc) what do you use? Pros and cons?

Im contemplating wiring my own video security system with a DVR, but was considering a  video doorbell also.  Obviously Ring is pretty popular, but theres alot of bad reviews on Amazon.  Anyone use Ring and not a huge fan?  Anyone use something similar?

No one has anything on this?  I am considering it now too.  Lots of Amazon deliveries that need oversight.

I would like to find one that records back to my own NVR.  It seems almost all of them send video only to their own paid cloud service.  Fock that.

Me either. However, I did live next door to a psychopath. Without video I'd be in jail. It serves a purpose no matter where you live.
