Traded Ertz for Freeman last week because I needed RB help.  I already had Kittle so this was an easy trade for me and reports on Kittle were that he was going to be fine so I executed that trade.  Friday comes along and Kittle is now out (doubtful) and Freeman gets hurt in the 2nd Qtr of Sunday's game.

Been holding Hooper all season for a week 12 bye...

I'm screwed too. I have him with my back up TE on bye this week in a league with only 10 FA pick ups allowed. I've used them all up.

10 fa picks for a season is a tough one, we did that last season in the league I’m in this season.

We made it 17 moves this season, with no extra picks for the playoffs.

Have Gesicki and Hollister behind Hooper. Graham was just dropped.

I liked how Hollister looked so hoping it’s him.

I'm not a big fan of it either, 🤣

We have huge rosters though, 23, so it kind of makes up for it

I was the commissioner of a 10 team Yahoo league back in 2008. Several of the managers complained because one guy was making so many moves.

If memory serves, I lowered it from unlimited, to 40 per year. Is that the reason your league has such a low amount ?

No no not really, but I can that being a issue.

This league I’m here as been around since 1988.

Weve been back  and fourth on this topic , and I’m sure when he have that management gathering up in South Lake Tahoe some time around June it well surly come up again.

Really the thought processes is we think it makes the league more competitive and it keeps more players available for bye weeks and or injury issues.

But it also makes the draft even more important.

Even though I like it for the competitiveness that I think it does bring, it can also make it less competitive, someone like me likes to stream a lot, Def , Kickers , Tes even Qbs.

So it can and does come back and hurt.

Didn’t like ten total last year I thought that was awful and didn’t benefit anyone.

Most of the time we’ve done 28 moves no additional moves for the playoffs a championship game.

So that’s it.

Thanks for the return, it was talking to you about it.

Night.
