Democrat judges have been ruling on feelings and what looks good for the party for decades now. They wouldn't know what "the rule of law" was if it walked up to them and showed them an official ID. I was talking about justices of the Supreme Court making their decision based on law rather than whether a democrat or republican appointed them.
