Good for her, glad to see at least one Supreme Court Justice still rules based on the law

Yeah, sorry, but "Ruth Bader Ginsburg" and "rules based on the law" don't belong in the same sentence.

Democrat judges have been ruling on feelings and what looks good for the party for decades now.  They wouldn't know what "the rule of law" was if it walked up to them and showed them an official ID.

Can’t even give credit this one little time, huh? Can’t say I’m surprised.

Credit?  Sure, but I'll give her credit if you can you give Trump credit for the great jobs report and lowest unemployment in 50 years.  Deal?

Well actually they keep getting stuck down but granted that’s mostly trumps executive orders versus acts of congress.

Regardless, you seem to have missed the point. I was talking about justices of the Supreme Court making their decision based on law rather than whether a democrat or republican appointed them. You don’t seem to see that too much any more, on either side.

So to draw an actual analogy that makes sense, I credit for Roberts for not striking down Obamacare as he knew it would delegitimize the Court. There are surely other examples but that’s the one that springs immediately to mind.

actually what I see is conservatives passing laws and making decisions based on the constitution, and liberals basing it on feelings

And here I didn't think we had anything in common.  Go figure.

It's amazing how easy it is to take you down by using your own words against you.   You have no idea how to react so you just throw some sh#t out there hoping no one will notice how helpless and clueless you are.

You kinda are pulling the leftist avoidance act. But I'm sure you are so used to it that you don't even notice.

Keep it up. Trump 2020. MAGA! Your contribution is helping daily.

The SC issues 100s of non partisan opinions with no news or fanfare. This one gets news because the most partisan voice on the court delays a totally partisan decision that she is physically and maybe mentally incapable of making and worms calls her a hero. Libs live in bizarro world.
