Castro drops out of race

Recommended Posts

There's that Democratic Party that's always preaching diversity eliminating another minority.

Only 4 left and we're not even to Iowa yet.

Doesn't Booker claim he's still in it? Who's the first one to announce their VP pick? Of course it will be a brown person.

Stacey Abrams still fighting to remain relevant. Pound for pound, she brings a lot to the table.

It’s Sanders or Biden. Biden has the south as his firewall. Sanders probably has California as his. But if either one totally sucks in Iowa or New Hampshire that could change things.

His brother broadcasting the names and addresses of people who donated to Trump's campaign and somehow tying them to a recent mass shooting will be all that he's remembered for.    And not in a good way of course.

The most pressing question is:  which of the remaining candidates are fluent in Spanish in order to properly pander to the Hispanics and illegals?  Nothing screams liberal politics like having a candidate start their speeches in a foreign language.

Interesting fact: Castro was not fluent in Spanish.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/the-democratic-primary-how-much-does-being-an-early-frontrunner-matter/

This article looks back at previous nomination cycles.  In several of them, the eventual nominee didn't emerge until January or Super Tuesday.  (Super Tuesday falls on March 3rd, 2020).  John Kerry came out of nowhere on super tuesday in 2004.  Although in other cases, a clear frontrunner emerged well over a year before election day (like Trump).  The latest a front runner emerged was March 16th, 1968 when RFK entered the race and immediately was the favorite to be nominee.
