The rookie picks available are: 1.1, 1.3, 1.5, 1.7, 1.8, 2.1, 2.3, 2.5, 2.7, 2.9, 3.1, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8, 4.1, 4.3, 4.5, 4.7, 4.8 League fee is $150.
