Three weeks ago, the city was running a tight ship. Now the checkpoint to the food market across the bridge is gone, the roving bullhorns on cars are quiet, nearly everything is reopening (except schools, so no income and more fockoff time for me) people are out and about, and 1/4 of them are so fed up with lockdown that they aren't using their masks properly.
