GobbleDog 816 Posted February 1, 2020 There was a time when black history month was probably a good thing... like the 50's or 60's. Helping blacks and mainstream America assimilate together. But in 2020 it feels more like "let's build black self esteem because they need special attention." Most blacks are good hardworking folks who don't need reassurance and it seems belittling to them.
