If the Dems are rightfully refusing the package because of not enough money for workers, I'm fine with them not voting for the bill. If the Dems are just making that up so they can sneak in solar panel language, then the party has really lost all credibility. Not only is it a massive figure, it’s also funding that the administration could funnel to these companies without much oversight. Given the way the legislation was initially written, the administration would be able to delay disclosures about the recipients of the loans, according to a Democratic aide.
