So who the hell is going to pay for all of this? Everyone who makes over 75k? I've been a bit out of the loop but have been hearing little bits of this garbage but that is about all.

Not if it is still only a one time payment of $1,200 per person. I haven’t read the final bill, but this link lays out the terms.

Pats, you've been here longer than me.  We know both sides of the aisle love to throw pork in legislative bills. That is not new.

I also think, if the Reps tried to throw in $500b to use as a slush fund for large Corp bailouts that had little oversight, then that was scummy. I only heard that as rumor though. I can’t get worked up about that yet.

To the bolded:  I'm not going to pretend to claim otherwise., I dont know either.   I guess we will wait and see.....but I will say this.  Corporations not in healthcare or the Wal-Marts of the world are hurting and they employ millions.  A huge part of the bill goes to main street too.  And unemployment.  And straight cash to citizens.

On Sunday it appeared there was a BIPARTISAN bill ready to go......then Pelosi and AOC and crew decided to do their thang.

I do believe that there were unreasonable provisions for large Corp bailout with the ability to have that money for stock buy back (which is not new) in the first draft and Pelosi took the opportunity to take those out and insert her BS.
