My golf buddy who lives in Maryland just told me they closed Liquor stores too

No issue here, they sell liquor at grocery stores and cold beer and liquor at gas stains.stations.

There are several in Montgomery County that are allowed to, but yeah, 95% don't.  The rest of the state has it's own rules.  But right now you can even buy bottles of booze from restaurants.

Lucky for me I live 5 minutes from the DC line.  Liquor stores open for 60% of the price.
