Our county jail in Minnesota has released approximately 4 inmates. As I understand , they have to report back at a later date or be on probation longer. Also, the jail is screening people before coming to jail. All new inmates go in isolation for 2 weeks.

Some inmates in WA are actually suing Inslee so that they can be released.  Wtf?  Talk about frivolous lawsuits.  Maybe if you weren't a POS and landed in jail you wouldn't have this issue.
