How else are they going to pay for their smokes and scratch tickets? BTW - I believe that people have already started receiving that $600. I don't have anyone here on unemployment (son still working and wife got "rehired" as part of the stimulus package), so I don't know for sure, but a friend said his daughter received her's yesterday.
