Herbivore 905 Posted May 9, 2020 It's back...doing songs for Seger cause I don't really know his albums. Would really mostly listen to Nine Tonight at parties back in High School. Could quite easily do 2 polls for Bob.

jerryskids 5,198 Posted May 9, 2020 I'm sure I've said it here before, but Seger was the second best concert I've ever seen and I've seen dozens. It was in the Bahston Gawden back in the late 80s, no opening act, 3 hours with an intermission. Every song was "oh yeah, I forgot about that song$#@!" During intermission, we snuck up to the front, and made it to the 2nd row just as they started... Turn the Page. My favorite song of theirs.

nzoner 936 Posted May 10, 2020 My favorite is a song from '78 that pretty much became our high school anthem,in fact we still play it at each reunion.Great lyrics, especially the line,"and we jammed till the dawn's early light."

TBayXXXVII 2,116 Posted May 10, 2020 My first thought was that this was a new singer. Then found out he's old and said, "who the heck is this guy?" I had to go on YouTube to play the songs. I heard of only 2 (Against the Wind and We've Got Tonight), didn't know this was that guy.
TBayXXXVII 2,116 Posted May 11, 2020 To note, the frame of reference that my statements come from with respect to music, is pure oblivious. I never got in to music. I just heard Baba O' Reilly in an episode of House, what 10 years ago, and thought it was a new song. I thought Queen and Queensrÿche were the same band... as well as The Who and Guess Who.
